US shipping

De Base offers shipping to all states in the US. Please enter your desired delivery address at checkout to see available options and costs.

For US orders over US$100, standard ground shipping is free.

 

Worldwide delivery

At De Base, we offer shipping to most countries. Please enter your desired delivery address at checkout to see available options and costs.

Our express international shipping takes approximately 5 business days to be delivered. 

For international orders over US$300, express international shipping is free.

By placing your order for shipments to destinations outside the US, you agree to pay any applicable duties and taxes.

 

Shipping Cutoff

The shipping cut off is 1PM EST on business days for express shipping methods. 

 

 

Return & Refund Policy

At De Base, customer satisfaction is always our top priority. Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed.

EASY RETURNS ON U.S. ORDERS

debasenewyork.com will accept return merchandise in its original and unused condition, provided that all tags are attached within 30 days of receipt for a refund, store credit or exchange.

You can start your return process on our Exchange & Returns page, or you can contact us at info@de-base.com with your order number and desired action - refund, store credit or exchange, and our team will work with you to ensure you love the De Base experience. All returns must go through our warehouse and have a return label provided by us. Cost of return label will be $10 and will be deducted from refund.

RETURNS ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please contact us at info@de-base.com with your order number within 30 days from delivery, so our customer satisfaction team can address your case. 

FINAL SALE ITEM(S)

Items purchased as "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for return, exchange or credit without exception and merchandise is sold as is.

De Base New York reserves the right to refuse a return for any reason at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, merchandise that does not comply with our return policy (stained, worn, washed, without tags, outside the 30-day period, etc.), or exhibits indicators of use for photoshoot or commercial use.

Merchandise purchased at debasenewyork.com at a discount of 80% off or more, or labeled as Final Sale, may not be eligible for a refund.

CANCELLATION

You can cancel your purchase if your order has yet not been processed. Please email us at info@de-base.com and our customer service team will happily assist you.

"REFUSED" OR "INCORRECT ADDRESSES"

All refused and / or incorrect address packages are subject to the following:

Shipping charges are NOT refundable. A restocking fee of 30% shall be applied to the order.


NOTE: if a package is returned for address deficiencies, shipping charges will have to be charged again.

PLEASE NOTE

Please allow 10-21 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center.

De Base is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Return restrictions can be placed on accounts that have exceeded our threshold for returns. If you have returned more than $1,000 of merchandise in the last 6 months and you have sent back over 60% of the value of your purchases made in the last 6 months, your account will be subject to a modified return policy and not eligible for returns. 

If you return more than $2500 in a 12 month period you may be subject to a modified return policy. We will contact you if you are subject to the modified policy.

Special orders of 5 or more items in one style will be final sale. If you are interested in a particular style, we encourage you to order an in-stock size in the style, if available, before special ordering. 

To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers. We also reserve the right to terminate accounts and limit purchases in our sole business discretion.

COMPENSATION TIME-FRAME

Once we receive the item, we will refund you to your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take up to 30 working days to process due to varying processing times between payment providers.
